Honest repair shop, been servicing my cars here for years. Burt the owner and Raul are amazing. They are fair and upfront about pricing and don't overcharge like other repair shops for unnecessary things your car does not need. Thank you for helping me install my new exhaust on my car, could have not done it on my own without your expertise. Awesome job guys, keep it up!

I highly recommend Dewitt Car & Truck Repair. Everyone is friendly, professional, and most importantly, very honest. I know there are many stories like this but here is mine. My car had no brakes and the first place I towed the car to (big chain repair shop) gave me an estimate of 3600.00. According to them, the car needed a lot more than just new brake lines. I told them the car was not worth spending that kind of money. So, then he tells me the estimate is the worst case scenario but they could probably get my car up and running for 1600.00. This raised a lot of questions for me. Apparently, the long list of repairs on the first estimate included work that may or may not be needed. Said he wouldn’t know for sure until they actually hoist the car to inspect it. This raised a lot of red flags. I told the guy not to do anything until I contacted a friend of mine. I called my friend for his advice, and he told me the repair cost for this problem should be around 400 to 500. I had my car towed out of that big chain repair shop immediately after my friend referred me to Bert the owner of Dewitt Car & Truck Repair. I called the shop and explained my situation to Bert. He said to go ahead and have my car towed there. The next day, I received a call from his mechanic with a list of repairs that actually needed to be done and an estimate of 600.00. Today, I picked up my car from Bert’s shop and the cost was a total of 527.97. Many thanks to Bert and his staff for their great service and overall wonderful experience. Also, very grateful for my good friend who recommended you and I will be doing the same.

I decided to give this place a try and it really made my day. My car had been running a bit noisy in the morning on cold starts so I was afraid my exhaust was leaking. I walked in to ask them to check it out and give me a quote for what it would cost to fix it. They gave me a reasonable quote for what it might cost if it was the part I suspected, but it turned out that the exhaust was fine. They ran the emission test in about 5 minutes, I signed some paper work and they sent me happily on my way. I've had some bad experiences with other mechanics charging me for work that didn't need to be done, so it was nice to deal with a decent guy for a change who was honest about it. This seems like an OK shop and I have no problem with recommending it to others.
