Literally the best massage I have ever gotten from Massage Addict. RMT Antonio has allowed me to breathe clearer alleviating majority of my back and neck pain. He was in tune with what I wanted to experience from this massage, and provided Deep Tissue Massage rather than Relaxation. I am so grateful, and will definitely be booking with him again.

Two times in a row this place cancelled on me same day. Booked an appointment last Saturday, they cancelled on me...then booked again for yesterday and they cancel on me 1.5hours before the appt. Upper back has been in pain and cant move my neck for last 2 weeks and just looking to get some help. Was recommended I see an RMT from my Chiropractor. I suggest you schedule an appointment with this location if you are looking to be let down last minute.

My father came in here and got to his appointment a little early which they made him wait outside and fill out his paperwork in -11 weather, at this time about 3 ppl were inside waiting already. My father didn't drive he decided to walk so he couldn't go inside his car (to stay warm) which they told him to do ugh this makes me so dissapointed, all of the emplotess are very rude. So they come and get my dad outside and take his temp which didn't register cause he was so cold!!! He ended up sitting for about 10 min for his body temp to warm up. Ridiculous!!! We will NEVER be back nor anyone I know for that matter.

Kreature of habit

Husband and i went for a massage on friday and both of us had the same person. Unfortunately we must of caught him on his off day. Sounded like he was on his phone while massaging with 1 hand the entire time. He didnt even massage, he poked my back in the same spot for 10 mins. Not very skilled at all. No demonstration of knowledge or exercise of skill. Ancaster location is a winner by far.
