Mac and Micheal at the rental desk bring a new standard to customer service. We rent alot of trucks through my company and they are always there to help. I highly recomend if you need any type of truck rental and your anywhere in the hamilton area. Go see these guys. They simply are the best !

After Discount rentals repeatedly told me I didn't have a reservation although I had a text and two emails from them saying I did, they told me they don't even have the truck I reserved, we called Penske on Goderich. Right away the staff were super chill, honest, and friendly, which was great because I was not in a good mood at that point. They assured me that they had me covered and to just come on by and they would hook me up. AND THEY DID! There was not one issue in reserving, picking up, paying for, or dropping off this vehicle. It was clean, in brand new condition, was GREAT on gas, and drove well. I have to say, I don't write many reviews, but I was so pleasantly surprised with the service here. If only they rented cars..
Great staff that is quick and helpful. Good quality vehicles with a lot of bonus features like hydraulic lifts that Econo van lines wouldn't offer. Larger trucks are typically diesel which helps for long distances.
