Although an older apartment, it is a clean and a lovely place to live. Mostly older adults but certainly not without children. Very quiet and always clean. The superintendent is always there to assist and is very friendly. Repairs are done quickly and efficiently when needed. Lived here for approx 10 years and have never had a problem with bugs. Never had a problem with noisy neighbors however once I did complain about 1 incident but the superintendent took care of it immediately. Underground parking needs a lot of work. The windows in the apartments also need to be replaced but overall I am extremely satisfied that I live here.
