I left with a vibrating muffler and with airbag light on Had to go to my mechanic and spend another 60 to cut a small peace from the hitch because was touching the muffler bracket. Do yourself a favor and find another location were someone it's professional to install your hitch . Hope this review will help others in the feature to avoid this location See the attached pics !

Always a very friendly service and plenty of trucks always avail on the main parking lot.
I really dislike to move so going to UHaul is usually the beginning of a longggg day!️ I went into the store expecting a wait, Nope! I was greeted by a super rep named Larsen who took total control of everything!!! Good prices, good clean trucks and the best staff. I know not all UHauls are the same. Take my advice and use this one on Upper Centennial!
