My mother is really hard of hearing and Jasmine was patient, kind and understanding during our visit. She explained everything and my mothers new hearing aid is working well. Jasmine was quick to get back to us with answers to questions we had. The experience was wonderful, we are very pleased. Thank you Jasmine.

Jasmin was awesome! My 5 year old was not being very cooperative with earwax removal - but Jasmin helped him to be as comfortable as possible, and did a great job giving him the care that he needed. Dealing with uncooperative kids is not an easy job, but she went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and my son was happy by the time we left. Thank you!

Mom's hearing has been deteriorating over the last few years and during Covid she has been dealing with wax buildup in her ears. She lives in a retirement home and has not been able to get out to have her hearing aids checked. After speaking with a staff member at the centre, they contacted Jasmin who came right to her home. She gave her a hearing test, cleaned out the wax and ordered new hearing aids. 2 weeks later Mom is hearing much better. Jasmin is so friendly and professional and will make periodic visits to clean and check Mom's aids. She even set up the closed caption feature on her TV. Thanks so much Jasmin for the gift of hearing for my dear 91 year old Momma and for giving her family peace of mind. You are a gem.
