The Stony location has went downhill fast. We went for our first meal out with the family since the latest covid restrictions were lifted and were thoroughly disappointed. The fries were spicy and hot, tasted like cactus cut fries, my son had ordered poutine and would not eat it because they were too spicy for him. My daughter would not eat the fries with her meal either. We told the waitress and were told this because they cook the fries in the same oil as the cactus cut fries. We asked her to tell the manager. We then got the bill and I paid it with out looking at it, which I shouldn’t have done. We found an error with how the kids meal was billed, when we pointed out the error, we were told it was our fault because we didn’t her that we would be ordering a kids meal. My wife then spoke to a manager, who offered us ceaser salads to take home for lunch the next day. Who wants soggy salad the next day. Finally she was told we wanted some money back for the poutine because it was terrible. Mistakes happen, we didn’t care about the mistakes. It’s the way we were treated because of their mistakes. Boston Pizza used to be good at dealing with issues. Apologetic at the bare minimum, but not anymore.

I always love eating at Boston Pizza and this one is good as well. I did get a tiny burn from the french onion soup bowl though. She did not tell me it was hot. Even though yes I know it is. I just know they are supposed to say something. Also had a Great White North pizza. Excellent as always. We did order a small Hawaiian Pizza to go and we disappointed to find out there was very little cheese on it. I suggest they either add more cheese when they make it. There prices have gone up quite a bit too, but I blame the government for that. Edit: Came here again today June 13/19 and had a great time! Not only was the food excellent but the waitress noticed a hair on my moms pizza and insisted on having the cooks make a new one! Very happy with the service. AND I had a Chipotle Chicken Club and normally the bread is always hard and this time it was nice and soft!
Sadly our last couple visits have been not great... Today my wife ordered our food and picked up for 5:40pm and after getting home found our Bandera bread was missing the sauce, my salad was about 1/3 brown lettuce and my wife's soup was only half the container (not a big container) wife said the soup was great though... Don't know if we will return or not in the future.
We ordered at 5:30 pm. Estimated delivery time was 645pm. I hadn't heard anything by 7pm, so I tried calling - 10 times later, and no one would answer the phone until after 8pm - at which point I was told it was out for delivery. At 9pm my husband went to McDs for burgers because our food didn't come. I recognize that Valentine's Day is busy, but I would rather have been turned away to go somewhere else than to wait so long just to have to go get something else because they couldn't follow through with their orders.
Service...Food... Ambiance very good. Even though it's just like all the other BPs the one thing that can stand apart from the others is the service and here I must say the service was great! My server was so very nice I wish I got her name! She actually took the time to really chat a bit and answer my sill questions I will definitely be back!!
