Facility is prestine. Staff is professional,knowledgeable and polite. No additional pressure into buying stuff you don't need. Ann is wonderful. Thanks for helping with my storage needs.

Very clean facility and really friendly! Would definitely rent a storage unit here again! The only issue is that the turns into the property are pretty sharp (especially for a moving truck).

This is a nice facility, clean and the staff - especially Jason - is very friendly and helpful. Only major complaint I have is unlike any other storage facility in town, this place requires you to pay an entire month's rent even if you're moving out mid-month. They won't pro-rate any unused rent. I can understand not doing this if they aren't given proper notice but I tried making them aware days before my next payment was due (3 weeks before we would be moving out) and they still wouldn't accommodate a pro-rated charge. In my opinion, thats just not a very customer-friendly business practice. Even if they wanted to require 30 days notice, that would be understandable to...but they just won't do it at all. So now we're stuck paying for 2 weeks worth of rent that we won't be using. Didn't really sit well with me.

I had a little problem with my RV storage unit but was pleasantly surprised when the owner of the facility called me up and asked me what the problem was and how could he help. He was most polite and helpful and the problem was resolved with one telephone call. Thank you Scott. Your facility is indeed very nice and I really like the fact that your manager lives on the premises!
