I booked a party bus for my girlfriend's birthday and everything was handled very professionally. Sonja is very responsive and I had no trouble getting answers to all my questions in a timely manner. Our driver was Pam and she was friendly and professional. She was very patient when we made changes to the itinerary and when we went over the scheduled amount of time we originally booked the bus for. Pam arrived a few minutes early to pick us up, but didn't rush us. She was also on time for every pick up we had throughout the night. The bus was clean, neat, the lights were all set when we got in, the sound system worked very well, and everyone had a great time. I definitely recommend this company and their services!

Great party bus...This was a surprise for my daughter's 30th Birthday and we had 20 people comfortably. The driver was accommodating to all our needs. Laughs, fun and a fantastic way to celebrate...I recommend highly
We booked Concierge Limo's Party Bus for a staff outing and we had a blast! They gave us the best price we could find in the market and our overall experience with them was fantastic! The bus had a great sound system (bring your own music: iPod, etc) and a good set of lights to make you feel like you were on a dance floor. Merv was a very careful driver. He was kind, accommodating, and fun too. We would definitely book them again!
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. 19 of us rented a bus for countryfest this past weekend. Our driver, Pam, took it upon herself to take back roads which added uneccessary travel time as well as stopped at a dunks to get herself some food without asking anyone if it was ok before we even reached our destination. During our drive down, the bus started smelling like gas and she did not immediately pull over so we opened all the windows. Finally, when the bus began shaking she pulled over and the bus began making loud grinding noises so when we all ran off, we then saw the bus was indeed smoking. So at this point, we end up stranded on the side of the highway waiting for them to send us another bus. Finally, we receive a 12 passenger bus with no storage which is of course not safe seeing as there are 19 of us with multiple tables, coolers, etc. So we get on and finally end up at the concert and missed 2 and a half hours of our tailgate. At this point, the company has hours to find us a ride that will safely accommodate everyone however, this did not happen. We had to ride home on this bus for an hour drive. Of course, we expected some sort of refund. Well, the owners could only offer us a small refund because Pam, being the upstanding citizen that she is, claimed to have given us money back that night which NEVER HAPPENED. I'm so utterly disgusted with this company.
Our driver was prompt and so friendly...very professional yet allowed for us to have an absolute blast while keeping us safe! Can't wait to ride with this company again in the near future
