Yikes, those reviews sound like people who were fired I’ve worked at Stellar for over a year and have had good experiences. If you mind your own and communicate with upper management there should be no problem. They do take care of their employees and are understanding. We have a fun group of people in the warehouse and they all work hard. Monday-Thursday work weeks, Health insurance, 3 day weekends, Holiday pay, and fun people to work with. I’d want to work for a company like that!

First of all, before I say anything i’ve read the previous reviews, and I couldn’t agree more with some of them. I quit, was not fired. I won’t bring up those who hate working there but still do. My honest opinion on stellar services is that it’s just not a very happy work place. A lot of mad people, and a lot of long hours especially if there is a printer malfunction. Noticed the drivers working extra long hours also, and were forced to drive in any condition. The pay is decent, some make more then others doing the same job which has always been concerning. Benefits are good! Persons with a office or management job seem to think they are better then everyone else. If you are a family friend, you will have it made. You won’t have a issue getting promoted, while everyone else (who have worked there longer/have more knowledge) stay in there same position. I won’t get into the vacations certain people have compared to others. You can read previous people’s reviews for that. Also, clearly persons are getting talked into leaving good reviews by the “higher ups”. No surprise. They love putting on a good show. All in all I would never let anyone I know work there. If you like catiness, rude people, or people who think they’re better than you... go for it. Very unprofessional management. Pay is competitive but forget a raise. Too much favoritism, especially for family or friends they hire. Change rules when it’s convenient for them. Some get more vacation time than they deserve. It is emotionally exhausting being such a unhealthy work environment. They try to feed you and that should make it all better lol often get yelled at for a few peoples lack of work ethic. Ultimately if you want a boss that acts entitled and you should kiss the ground they walk on or feel like going back to high school, I encourage you to be brave and go apply right away!
Ignore Amanda Rudoll’s review, she is the biggest problem in that company. Also, she is part of the “family” that gets to travel to Florida 6 times a year. Even tho, others who have worked there longer get 1 week of pto. Her post further shows you the point of the others previous reviews. This isn’t somewhere you want to work. Unless you are a family friend, or family, do not even waste your time with these people. They will treat you like dirt.
Good company to work for family friendly. Owners take good care of their employees.
