I contacted Esther about having two zips replaced - one on an expensive winter coat with a removable lining and one on a heavyweight fleece. I sourced the zips via Ebay myself as I wanted genuine all-metal YKK zips (I was fed up with the plastic ones breaking). Esther did the job in about 3 days (though she quotes longer at busy times) and I got a phone call to go and collect. The workmanship is by far the best I've ever seen - and I've used sewing and repair services in and around Stourbridge, Brierley Hill and Kingswinford before now. Both coats look brand new now - very neat stitching lines and the zips look better than the originals. I can't fault the service and the price is very competitive as far as I'm concerned - so I'll be using Esther again and won't hesitate to recommend her to friends and family in the area. She does far more complex work that just zip replacement and I know I'm going to have some requirements in the near future. Now I know where to go!

I took 7 trousers to Esther for alteration, needed tailoring to make them all slim and nice fitting, needed it done asap, although she gave me a reasonable 5 days time frame for her to complete, I received a text message the next day that the trousers were ready to collect. I was very impressed for that. Esther was very welcoming and friendly. super efficient and offered a good price. The final finish of all trousers were to a high Standard and quality . I will definitely recommend her. Thank you Esther :)
