Scratch is like a second home. The staff are so kind and friendly and always put the client first. I am always happy with my nails and the salon is such a beautiful place to be in.

I have been visiting the salon for a number of years and I cannot recommend highly enough. The salon itself is gorgeous and you tell a lot of time and effort has gone into adding all the finishing touches. I have my manicures and spray tans with Jennie and always leave feeling amazing! They only use the highest quality products, which really last (my current manicure has been on almost 3 weeks and still looks like new!) Chantal and all the girls always go out of their way to make you feel welcome - I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have visited scratch for years and have always had perfect nails when I left. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. The salon itself looks gorgeous, and all the team are so friendly and helpful. Little touches like a drinks menu on arrival set them apart. They use top quality products, and always suggest new colours or techniques. The staff are all lovely and friendly and nothing is too much bother for them. I absolutely love my nails and Cassi is a genius! I’ve been going to scratch for over a year now. Eve is my go to nail technician, she’s great! I go for a gel manicure. My gel does not chip, which I love. I would highly recommend scratch. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. You won’t be disappointed!
