Great shop, helpful and friendly staff. Ordered online to go and collect, no fuss no problems, store is presented well and in light of the constant changing Covid rules the staff have handled it really well. Will use again

I wanted to replace the lock on the garden gate. Toolstation had what I needed at a fair price. There were 3 in stock so I went down to pick one up at the Stourbridge branch. Unfortunately they wouldn't accept cash at the present time with the covid thing going on. A young staff member called Jess was very helpful. All credit to her after she helped create an account, choose the correct product online & sort out payment so I hadn't got to go back home and return again next day.
