Easy access to all units. No upstairs battle at this place. Owners are awesome and very business oriented. I feel my life long gatherings are safe and respected at this Stow-it-Mini Storage. Thank You again for many years of your great business!!!
The old manager was very nice and fair. The new young girl does not return phone calls. After an attempted brake in she Said that the latch would be changed the next day because of damage. It never was and I didn’t have access to the unit for a majority of the month but I received a late fee charge !!!! This use to be a well run place but now it is awful!!!! I would not recommend at all. I also suspect that someone lives out of their storage unit.
The manager does not return your phone calls in a timely manner. She locked up a paid for unit for two weeks because I had an emergency and put things in an empty unit. Now she wants me to pay for the excess fees of my hostage property but still won't let me access my paid for unit . I had told her the month prior that I was on a limited income and was paid only once a month . I had called her the week before to inquire about renting the said empty unit. My keys had been misplaced, the place I had been living was sold and being bulldozed. I was in a crisis mode. The office phone is call forwarded to her personal cell phone which often states "the voice mailbox is full ." She didn't return my phone call for at least 10 days and wanted to charge me excess fees for moving and storing my property(twice) that she locked up and would not return to me. She has now held this property for 2 months. Refuses to return it. And wants to charge me exorbitant prices when I used another unit for period of one week. I recently received a billing statement of prices for four units and a note saying pay in full and get out within a week. I am unable to access medications, clothing, food stored and birthday presents that I had for my kids. Distress has caused me a lot of problems. I do not feel I should have to pay fees for anything over 1 week and should be refunded monies paid when locked out of my paid for unit. For the stress I feel I should not have to pay anything for last month because I didn't want to pay cuz I didn't have the extra money so I would not be able to access my unit once again it's called a catch-22 people and this young woman thinks she doesn't have to follow the rules and laws like the rest of us.
A very ugly girl named Milissa worked there. I left and wemt to traffic way storage.

Stow-it Mini Storage offers the lowest prices in town. Friendliest management I've ever seen. Local and satisfies my needs for storage. I would highly recommend this facility, swing by and check them out if you're in need of a low priced unit, with a variety of sizes.
