I researched fitted furniture suppliers before choosing Strachan because their reviews were very good. They did not disappoint. The furniture is of a high quality and well made. The fitter (Rob) took lots of care not to damage the product and his workmanship in fitting was fantastic. Lastly the Installation Coordinator (Catherine) was always helpful and exceedingly patient in answering questions and seeing that the detail of the project was spot on. All in all very satisfied.

Strachan recently fitted out my office/study inclusive of a pull down bed along with cupboard and bedside chests in our second bedroom. The whole process from my initial contact through to on site visits and final installation was a completely stress free experience. I was informed of all scheduled the stages of the manufacture and the forecast installation date. We were already happy with our Strachan study installation when I contacted them four years later to order an additional special mounting panel. It was more than I'd planned to spend but it was perfect for my needs. The COVID-19 Lockdown delayed progress but Mellissa kept me informed and the item was delivered, well-packed and exactly as ordered. I am delighted and so pleased I didn't compromise with a cheaper, inferior solution. Jonathan
