The staff were really nice and are sufficient in English if required. It was quiet, the room (2 adults, two small children) was a nice size. No complaints about the amenities themselves. However, the entry to the water park is not included in the price of the room. The pictures make it look like it's all one thing, but it's not.You have to book the pool separately and that's not at all obvious on the booking.com. During covid by the time we checked in it was already too late. So, don't make my mistake! Don't have disappointed children!

It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, however the water in our toilet kept running, there where no glasses in the rooms and the beds where a bit small.

Its always nice to visit the hansedom. Still the best activity you can do in Stralsund. Especially the big water slides are absolutely awesome

It is a very nice hotel. Most of he staff is friendly and polite, and eager to help. We're here about four times a year. The rooms are spacious and comfortable beds, TV, a sofa and a table and chair. Reasonable prices, and the accessibility to the waterdome is perfect, bathrobe included in the rooms. All meals are well cooked and varies between buffets and three course meals, and the breakfast has everything you need. Overall a very nice place to stay and I strongly recommend it.
