Went to this NAPA on advice of many community members. Was not sorry! Was told if purchased a new battery it would be installed. They do not have to do this. It was service above and beyond. Even though it turned out to be a difficult installation out in the cold-Randy and Roger made it look easy with smiles on their faces the entire time. Great crew of people there. I was not steered wrong. Will most definitely go back. Such kind, caring, knowledgeable people. They made my day. A experience in ever way.

I had a great experience at this store in mid June 2018, a day that went bad early. My daughter and I were traveling across country towing a small Uhaul trailer and blew a rod. We had to get towed in here and swap the trailer for a small truck and UHual tow dolly immediately to get us home to California. The Uhaul rep (wish I remembered his name) was very pleasant and accommodating helping the transaction go smoothly. Cant thank him enough for helping things go right on a pretty bad day.
