The employees at United Bank remember and greet you by name. You receive a welcome gift when you open an account and are encouraged (and asked) to refer other friends to the bank. The ATM was recently upgraded and provides instruction in English and Spanish. I liked the people and convenient location but wasn't happy that each Debit transaction cost 0.25.
