BEWARE FOLKS!!! A very good friend of mine had a recent experience with this company. It seems that Nothing is booked from their website directly as advertised. The \online booking\ looks like part of a scheme to first get your money in their possession. Then you have to deal with matters as you do with any other private jet charter company. If you book a flight and pay via bank transfer, as soon as funds reach their account, you will get a notice stating that your flight is NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE and that you are offered a FREE upgrade. Because it is an upgrade and it's free, you will most probably accept their offer. At this point, they will keep you stalling couple more days and when you are only a few days or hours from the departure date, they will tell you that the aircraft operator did not confirm the flight. Then they will offer you another aircraft which is more expensive. This is where you have to make a decision. If you agree because you have no time to shop around, you end up paying more. If you decline, they will state that a refund will be immediately issued. They will even send you a proof of payment which is actually NOT a PROOF of payment or a SWIFT message but rather a screenshot of a bank instruction (which is easily revocable, or perhaps might have never reached their bank). They will confirm that the refund has gone through. You wait couple more days hoping to see funds in your account, and it is at that point that you will receive a message stating that their banks require additional information like nationality, date of birth, country of residency etc. of account holder, and if it is a company, all details with regards to the Beneficial Owners of the company, all of which are confidential information. At the end, with all the back and forth, you will end up giving up all your private information to get paid and it will take weeks until you finally receive your money back!

BEWARE !! NEVER USE THIS SERVICE IT IS A SHAM I booked online then was told aircraft isn’t actually available and apparently the price has doubled so was offered a refund I accepted and was told I would be refunded immediately up to 10 days at most. one week on I messaged and asked for an update and was told I need to send details again because They hadn’t issued the refund when I was clearly told through email and phone conversation it had been issued. So I sent the details again and was told refund will be done by today with confirmation still haven’t recieved anything seems to be one person working at this place who just keeps telling lies I can’t get through to anybody else. I need the money to book through another company but now my plans have had to be cancelled because this useless place can’t seem to do a simple refund. Save your selves the hassle and use a reputable company this place is a disgrace.
