Used Rebecca when they were named KC Tax Guy. She was not up to date on tax laws and regulations and that caused us thousands of in back taxes, penalties and interest. First year or two seemed great until we started getting letters from the City. When we brought the issue to her attention she offered to refund our preparation fees which was not sufficient compared to the penalties we had to pay due to her lack of knowledge and tax laws. Tax payer beware.
