Trinity Court Surgery have been nothing but efficient, kind and helpful. Covid vaccination clinics have been so easy to attend, like they have been doing the clinics for years! As a practice they are always quick at responding and sort out any query you may have!

I had my Covid vaccination this afternoon. Everything was so well organised, clearly sign posted, people on hand to ensure I knew where to go, temperature checks and hand sanitizers everywhere. The vaccination was explained to me carefully, the whole process was quick and efficient-and I was filled with confidence. Thank you. I know you’re all working so hard, and I’m very grateful.

Excellent doctors, staff and reception service. New phone system had a few teething problems in the first half of the year but back on track now and you can even select an automated call back if lines do get busy, and great to be able to press 1,2,3 etc for a specific service. Have managed admirably in spite of covid pandemic and the strain they must be under.

Sort yourselves out Trinity Court, no appointments, no one even picking up the phone. I think you have an obligation to do better than this. Have always been supportive of the surgery and had predominantly good experiences but at the moment your service is appalling. You are paid handsomely to look after your patients, you should be doing better!
