The staff is always friendly here and the food is consistently good. Yeah they mess up the drinks sometimes but they do correct it when I bring it back. Look for deals online or coupons to get the best value out of here. This A&W also does a lot of charity donations as well like to the Legion and kids charities.

Huge shout out to this A&W. Usually my fav aw..as their staff is courteous and quick. BUT NOW THEY'VE STEPPED UP THEIR GAME! They have closed their dining room BUT are accepting walkups through the drive thru and for the class 1's they'll let you in to use the washroom. A FN PLUS you guys!
Went there a couple days ago, was helped by a supervisor there, very tall guy I think his name was Keny or Ken. I had brought my mother inside to eat for breakfast and she is very old of age and fragile. After I had ordered our food, he kindly offered to bring it out for us without hesitation and even opened the front door for me so I could help lead my mother outside. Thats the kind of service I love to see at places like this especially with everything going on right now it makes me want to comeback every time I stop by Strathmore!, I hope Management reads this and can give my kind regards to the gentlemen working there!
Great supper. I've become a fan of lettuce wrapped teen burgers, the coffee has gotten much better, and the turnovers are great too. The Strathmore location has great staff, friendly, prompt service that is accurate with even complicated orders. Recommended!

I impressed that this fast food chain appears to be ahead of the curve when it comes to environmental practices as in biodegradable packaging and sourcing their products from Canadian producers.
The staff here are alwasy amazing and have never messed I my order! The food is alwasy hot and delicious! Best location by far!
