Not sure why every time I go here my drink gets made incorrectly, especially since I always order through the mobile app. Never had a problem at any other Starbucks but it’s very frustrating when you spend 6 for a coffee and it’s not even made right.

It was delicious! I reccomend the Iced Salted Caramel Mocha.
Had to go to Chestermere today as after waiting in line at Strathmore for almost 15 minutes cars in front of me realized Strathmore SB was closed with no signs :( Chestermere what an awesome chai latte. Sooo good
Not good!!! Personally I don’t do things like these reviews but I felt like I should. I walked in and asked for a cotton candy frap I had been using gift cards to pay. I wasn’t asked my name for my drink and when the worker told me that there wasn’t enough on my card I almost felt attacked by the workers tone of voice. I was okay with there not being enough but I was interrupted many times when asking how much the things are. Anyway, I then waited for my drink (which I eventually found that I had enough for) and after 5 minutes a different worker had said “a vanilla bean frap with raspberry syrup for Heather” I was confused because I was the ONLY person in the cafe and my name isn’t Heather. I sat there without my drink and the worker told me that the drink is mine, again with a aggressive tone, I said back that “I ordered a...” and I was interrupted AGAIN!!! The worker said that they have a “new” recipe for the cotton candy frap and that this is how they make them. I politely said “thank you!” And I left. I took a sip of my drink and it tasted nothing like the cotton candy frap I usually get. It tasted like strawberries and vanilla. By doing this I’m not trying to be a “Karen” but I would not recommend going here.
Very nice location
love this place me and my wife always make crazy drinks and they always make them great. they even mentioned they like when our orders come through so they can see what we created this time. That made my day I have always worried that we are frustrating so I was happy you hear it.
i came into the store yesterday, and the store service was phenomenal. our drinks came so quickly and it was a very remarkable first time trying anything from this store. thank you so much for your amazing service
