For the most part the experience was great. I understand they are a very busy office but I was standing in the office for about 15 minutes without a \we will be right with you\ or \hi\. Customer service as the front line could use some improvement. Any small amount of acknowledgement is better than none. But other than that this was a great place to go. The dental hygienist was great and very friendly. The doctor was kind and to the point. I recommend this place.

The dentist here lacks knowledge, skill, and consideration for his patients. Enjoys over charging people and diagnosing improperly. Will not be returning and will be going out of my way to tell others to stay away from Brightview Dental in Strathroy. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else for dental needs. Update: it's been 1 year and I haven't heard back from them, even though they said they'd reply in 2 days.

My children have been to many dentists because they refuse to open their mouths, etc. It's been draining as a parent. I always felt judged at other dentists for my kids' behaviour, despite my best efforts, and if they had to get any work done. I have never felt that way at Brightview. Brightview has been incredible. I feel like they do the majority of work in house and refer out only when necessary, which has been a breathe of fresh air because we were getting referred from place to place to place before because the kids were a challenge. It was expensive and draining and required a lot of time missed at work for consultations, etc. The staff meshes well with my kids. The kids aren't intimidated and the staff is kind but firm enough to get them to listen. The patience of these people is truly something to behold! The office is clean and welcoming. They really try hard to find the solutions that will work best for your family. There are later appointments so we don't have to miss work and they bill direct. I would definitely recommend Brightview to anyone, especially if you've faced dental related challenges in the past. I used to be completely exhausted dealing with my kid's dental care but it has been so much better since we found Brightview!
