I have been going to Strathroy store for around 10 years now. Was making wine in Kilworth before but at that time Phil was running the store. Phil was my neighbor at the time so decided to change stores. Was a longer drive but well worth it. Jason took over a year or so back and again made the decision to stay and happy I have. I have never had a bad batch and the wine will last for years if you're patience. We did my son's wedding wine( aged it a year) and he married a nice portuguese girl. Her father was worried that his family wouldn't like the wine, Portuguese can be fussy, so I have been told. Well, he tried some and loved it. Plus, I caught his uncle walking out of the wedding reception with two bottles of red under his arms. I questioned him about the wine and he loved it too. Ask if I made it? Told him \ with the help of Wine Making Strathroy\. So make the smart choice and start making wine today, but be PATIENCE and let it age.....alittle.
