Product selection is great. Prices are not that competitive, but on the other hand, they are your only choice to see something before buying in Germany. Other than that, you are left with amazon.

My feedback will be negative. My husband bought a refrigerator with a freezer ( Siemens ) from MediaMarkt on 15/07/20, Wednesday. The only piece besides the Sample and we were happy to buy it. He asked the staff if it would be a problem to pick up the fridge the next day 16/07/20. They said it was not a problem. On 16/07/20 Thursday, when he went with provided transport to pick up the fridge, he turned out that the fridge had already been sold to another customer. It was a total shock to us. How is it possible for a staff member to RESELL a refrigerator we have already bought and paid for? This is unacceptable. We have lived in different countries and ordered goods from all over the world, but this is the first time such a thing like this has happened to us. Unbelievable. I will not go into detail what options have been offered to my husband in this situation. This is for discussion with the management of MediaMarkt. In short: Now we have to wait for our \ second ew fridge untill Tuesday 21/07/20. An option, but only if my old fridge works. That is why we were counting on being able to get our new fridge on 16/07/20, not next week. We asked if we could cancel the order and get our money back. It turns out that this is not possible. To be honest we do not believe we will get our fridge on time. We are extremely disappointed from MediaMarkt and we do not know if we could trust them for any future purchase.
