Receptionist attitude is really degrading and disrespectful they too lazy to do there jobs and make you state personal business in front of a waiting room full of people disgusting service for patients avoid at all costs

Absolutly awfull no care atall I had baby 11 weeks ago called up attitude on staff is appaling at reception two days in row doctor told me no need to call in I told them what problem was they were happy to just speak over the phone which is not good enough care has gone out of window and instead I've had to go to Morriston out of hours and they said doctor should of seen me told them what happened they were stunned also ....
