I contracted with Stricklands to have drawer and shelf units added to my master closet and to have a large (almost 8 foot wide) hall closet and storage unit constructed. Their price was competitive and their design services were excellent thanks to Joelle who made sure that I ended up with what I wanted to fit in with the style of my house. Where Stricklands really shines is in the installation. Joey installed the units over a two-day period. Joey is an exceptional asset for Stricklands. He was pleasant, polite, and respectful, but most of all he was meticulous in the work he did. I don't believe I have ever had someone be as careful and precise. So many companies are ready to sell you something but then lack on the follow through. This is not my experience with Stricklands. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

After questioning Strickland's why their pricing was so much higher than their nearest competitor, we received a positive response and a reevaluation of our needs after sending the competitors layout and design. Even though we did not use Strickland's services this time, they get a strong A for effort and an A plus for rapid response time that is so missing in Coastal Carolina. Therefore, this review is based on the fantastic customer service provided (S/B 5 Star) and not the installed product.
Gorgeous results and excellent customer service! Honestly, I didn't know what to expect when I decided to have my master bedroom closet redone. Joelle was so patient and accommodating, and the final results exceeded my expectations. The quality of workmanship is outstanding! Everyone who sees my closet thinks it is amazing and such a showpiece of the house. The closet was not expanded from the original size, but it sure looks and feels so much larger. Plus, Joelle even helped me organize my clothes. Now that's incredible service! My absolute favorite part of my closet is the built in hamper. I can't imagine my life without it. I would definitely recommend Strickland's to anyone.
We absolutely love our 3 closets from Strickland's! Joelle was great to work with...so knowledgeable and really made the entire process easy and fun. She guided us through every step and followed up with us after installation to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it. Not only does Strickland's provide excellent customer service and high quality units, but they are also a company that cares about their community as evidenced by their work with the Make A Wish Foundation and other foundations. I highly recommend Strickland's...you will not be disappointed.
I absolutely love my closet and Joelle and her team did a fantastic job. Joelle asked questions, measured and came up with a few different designs that would work within our budget. All of her designs fit our needs and I liked she worked within our limited budget. She designed our closet so we could add on to it in the future, such as adding drawers into the shelves that we currently have. We have been thrilled and I have recommended Joelle and Strickland's to others!
