Had an awful experience. I took my daughters phone to have the screen replaced. Took the technician about 30 min to fix. Picked it up, paid and even purchased a screen protector that was also not installed correctly. I get home and her camera was not working. This is both front and back cameras that were working fine before I took it in. My daughter went back and the tech Anthony at the uptown location told her he couldn’t fix it because he didn’t know if they where working before. I called and he said to take it in and he will fix them for 39.99. I reminded him he had azures me that the phone was going to be working after the screen replacement and he said he didn’t say that but to take it in. I go back to the store he is not there and there is another lady and she tells me it would be 100 more to fix the cameras. I left the store. It’s ridiculous. I took it to apple and was told the cameras and the sensors where all damaged when the screen was replaced. It would cost 269 to replace the screen that didn’t work and to correct the issue with the sensors that where messed up. I will not recommend and of course they will not refund

I walked in and got my iPhone repaired in 30 minutes. I was going to wait alot longer and pay more at apple. Their tech is apple certified too. Good job, thank you.
