Very Poor service - their pump didn't pump the mix as claimed when booked the job. Resulted in 300 worth of concrete truck standby charges. On top of this Stronger Foundations then charged 30% more than quoted to cover the delays (they caused). Was told by driver all standby charges would be refunded. Ten phone calls later I give up. Been hand balled to everyone in the office with no call back. Concrete job looks terrible as took 2.5 hours to pump so we ended up losing it in the heat. Should have just barrowed it in. I understand things don't always go right but very poor execution and customer service from stronger foundations. Plenty of good operators out there so give them a ring.

Shonky operators who don’t take responsibility for their work Grant’s team from Stronger Foundations was recently contracted to pump around our brand new home, outdoor area and pool surround. Well where do I start! Our new home, new WHITE colorbond fence and shed was left covered in concrete splatter and the company does not want to take any responsibility for their actions. I witnessed the line handler get yelled at by his work colleague on several occasions to hold the line down and at one point getting the line taken off him due to poor handling, the line operator also made mention he was only a couple of days on the job and that he had a big night on the booze and was no up for working and was considering pulling the pin due to his hung over state! Not only did Stronger Foundations leave a splatter mess around our whole house, they somehow managed to leave splatter on our white colorbond fence to the height of approximately 1.8 metres (height of fence), the colorbond shed (approx. 3metres away from job) and their truck left a large oil stain on our concrete driveway. They also left concrete splatter on the other side of properties colorbond fence where they cleaned out the truck. I contacted Grant and he did not want to take any responsibility for the job. I asked him to come onsite so I could show him the mess left and he declined. If you’re looking for feature concrete spatter around your home this is the company for you, if not stay well away from these shonksters

What a fantastic team, I cannot recommend this company enough. I had a last minute push to get something completed. Steve managed to get the right equipment booked and scheduled, it arrived on time and Scott was THE BEST operator ever, he was quick and cautious, never missing a beat, knowing the best way to get things done. I wish I had found them earlier. Thank you Stronger foundations!! I have no idea why people have nothing better to do than complain, so pathetic, go take your pills and get a life!!

The driver of your Ute 885SVW nearly hit my vehicle near North Lakes this morning around 10.15am. Half of his vehicle was parallel with mine when he began merging. I was just lucky I managed to slow down enough before he hit us. We were on the way to take my daughter to an optometrist appointment, but seems he should have been the one going to Specsavers. Looking at the other reviews, it might be time Road Safety is discussed with your team
