We had Dan at Strongtower mortgage do a re-fi for us. There seemed to be a lot of last minute \one more thing\ requests/docs.. But that is pare for the course in residential real estate, the lender and title company were not at all prepared for closing, not sure who should take the heat for that. But at the end of the day, Dan closed the loans on time, with the rate he promised, and less expensive then he quoted,. I had consulted other lenders and nobody would consider us for this re-fi, we are completely satisfied and recommend only Dan for your mortgage needs.
