Very excited to be building with Stroud Homes Ballarat. The customer service from Simon has been excellent, beginning with his return call to our enquiry over the Australia Day long weekend. Every detail and query we have raised has been discussed, thoughtfully considered and applied to our block of land and the plans for our new home. At no stage have we felt rushed, pressured to make a decision, or that our questions have been a problem. Highly recommend visiting the Stroud showroom and talking with Simon and Brad.

After a bad experience with another builder I chose to go with Simon & Brad at Stroud Homes Ballarat. I have found them to be very professional, have answered my call & queries and have kept me up to date on where we are at all times. Stroud Homes have a lot of different designs to most of the other builders so there is something to suit everyone. They are now about to start my build and are just waiting for the building permit to arrive. Together we will be on a journey to build my forever home. Can't wait.
