Fabulous customer service! I came in to swap a Christmas gift, I'd been bought soft pastels instead of oil pastels. No oils in stock so they kindly ordered them in for me and kept me updated while they waited for them to arrive. Will definitely be back, many thanks!
I managed to source and order a specific item online as the shop isn't local to me. I gave the shop a quick call a couple of days later and have to say the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in giving me an update on my order. The item was received shortly afterwards and was very well packaged to protect the contents! Would fully recommend, will certainly be using again and hope to visit in person if I'm ever in the area!
I'm very disappointed shopping online with them. It took a month to get my items even I call them and sent email. Very badly packaged and my paints were open. I won't shop with them again.
Really helpful and knowlegeable staff. A real pleasure.
