Always a joy to shop here for some delicious meals and the sushi bar is excellent. We love the wide choice of wines and beers.. and gin. The cafe is also fab when it re opens. I'm a dementia Doula and the clients love their food from here as it fresh tasty and varied. We've proved it doesn't have to be expensive.

OK, Waitrose is like Marks & Sparks - expensive. Would not go there for a weekly shop, but for special treats like their cake... Well, that makes a visit worthwhile.
They are more focused on profit and greed so something has to slip namely service.
