Awful customer service, if you call to ask any questions or email they beat around the bush and will never give you an honest answer. Prices continuously go up at service is awful. They definitely overcharge for the service you get!

The technician did a wonderful job fixing my printer issues. He was very kind and patient. My husband and I are so happy with TCC and all the great staff there. We are glad we came back to your service once you were able to offer phone in our area.

We have had service through TCC for 26 yrs, very friendly and excellent service. We recently tried cutting the cord for cable and our landline, but found we were too far out for just cellphone and felt we needed more than antennae and Sling TV. All it took to reconnect was a phone call and to pick up our equipment and we’re back in business. Highly recommend!

Do not listen to any neg here. This is a people business and priced accordingly to what a Coop can purchase and resell and stay in business doing it. Your Community, Your friends and neighbors supporting your community. My suggestion is Communication companies need to invest in fiber optics on the \last mile\ . This is main reason Verizon will stop investing in cable- The cable companies did not put fiber in. Put fiber in will take complete ownership of all communications. My Opinion
