Moved here recently and the staff is very easy to work with. All my questions were answered honestly and I never felt like my chain was being pulled! The office staff is very friendly. The move is process was easy, I had the opportunity to point out any issues I saw to the maintenance staff during the move-in review...but there weren’t any!! Overall a great experience!

Lived here for over a year and I have not one single complaint! The location is perfect and the neighborhood is just beautiful. Management and maintenance are super friendly! They are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have. They really do go above and beyond for their residents. Would definitely recommend living here.
I thought it was an exciting smart opportunity to move off campus from Shenandoah University with my friends into an apartment, I was absolutely wrong. Management would never contact us directly, they would contact other sources and references we left in out lease, therefor leaving us to not know the problem until farther down the road. Communication was a HUGE problem! On average it took about 2 weeks in order for work orders to be addressed with things wrong with the apt (Like our fire alarm low battery beeped for 3 days and it got to the point that we took the batteries out, we also didn't have hot water for 2 weeks) As we were about to move out (because we were absolutely ready for our lease to be up) They had our exist walk through for damages 2 WEEKS BEFORE moving out (While all of our furniture was still in the apt. and none of us were there to witness the walk though) Then we were never notified with any damages noted from our walk though. Nor did we sign any papers for our exit notifying damages. They told us that they were renovating the apt. after we moved out with new cabinets, flooring, carpeting and appliances. Then a month and a half after moving out management only contacted ONE of us and said that we owed 52 additional onto of the security deposit (1,310) that we never got back. I would NOT recommend living here. It may look beautiful on the outside but you will be faced with a TON of hidden costs. I would love to know what the almost 1,400 worth of damage in our apartment was. I am a tour guide for the university and when people ask where good apartments are I happily say \NOT Stuart Hill
The staff here is absolutely amazing! They go out of their way to get things taken care of in a timely manner and are always extremely courteous! Anytime I have to go into the office they always greet me with a smile on their face!
