Would give them a zero if it was an option. It’s such a shame to see the way the staff treats the pt. They talk about your PHI, like Its there job. They release HIPPA protected personal health information and medical records without your consent. The older African American women who answers the phone is mad at the world and takes it out on patients that are needing help in office. Such a shame. They just need to listen to the recorded phone line and the rest will explain its self. STAY AWAY FROM This clinic!! NIGHTMARE!! Thank you for your service right ???

Worst VA Clinic I have ever been to. The women at the front Desk are contracted out, they are not VA employees and are super nasty. Go to another clinic and save yourself the aggravation of dealing with ignorant people who don't really care about you.

Definitely a lot better service down at the WPB VA, lady at the door was more preoccupied talking on her phone than in processing patients. Smh
