It is a wonderful place, with very nice people to help you. At this time it is full of Christmas spirit and fitting things to buy for gifts or your own cozy home. Go local and visit, you will love the festive feeling.

Absolutely AWESOME, charming shopping retreat. Lovely, pastoral setting in the Blue Ridge Mountains about 8 miles off I-81. Definitely worth a day trip or weekend destination as the place is HUGE (two-and-a-half levels in a large, converted 1947 barn (now stunning, comfy, clean, and well-heated/air-conditioned)). The surrounding countryside is gorgeous, and there are other delightful stores around, like The Cheese Shop, Milmont Nursery, Miller's Bake Shoppe (the best CINNAMON ROLLS we've ever had!), and Sooner's BBQ (local food suppliers), all of which never disappoint. (Great Cracker Barrel nearby also.) Very kind, friendly staff at all these places. Country Connections has beautiful furniture and home décor--LODGE, LOG CABIN, RUSTIC, TRADITIONAL COUNTRY, PRIMITIVES, FARMHOUSE, AMISH--along with Christmas, music, candles, and fashion accessories--really, they have everything--and if you're lucky enough to visit the Open House, scrumptious barbequed chicken, too! :-)

This place is amazing. The owners and people that work there are so friendly and very helpful. My hubby says that if we ever win the lottery, I can decorate my whole house from there. I told him that I'm not waiting for the lottery, I've already started.
