We have used StudentDigz to let and fully manage our property for the past three years. They let us know of any problems with regards to maintenance and repairs quickly. If something comes up outside of the day to day running of the property they consult with us how to best proceed. Monthly statements are provided which give you a clear overview of money coming in and out of the account. They find good tenants that look after the property, behave responsibly and who, for the most part, pay on time. We have had a full house for the past three years and look forward to continuing to work with them to provide decent as well as affordable accommodation.

DON'T BOTHER They know that student from far away are stuck with what they are given and use that to do F* All. Tried to blackmail me into taking an apartment full of mold. Nothing looked cleaned, windows were broken, the toilet was stained yellow, coffee on the walls, wood of the toilet was rotten, items left from old tenets (ipod, dress, magazine, rubbish). They agreed to fix these problems and gave them more than two weeks, the swept and cleaned a counter, but not much else. The place was still horrible and I refused to live there. I was now stuck with less than 2 days to find a place in Swansea with no money. Responses started quick but slowed when we complained, quickly became rude. Only got money when we threatened to take this to court
This is by far one of the worst accommodation/letting agency i have ever used. They lie to students and manipulate them just because unfortunately most of them don’t know any better. Very terrible agency with rude and unprofessional staff. Honestly if you do plan on renting with them, record every conversation you have and get someone else to read the contract as well before you sign. Surprised they’re still around after taking advantage of a lot of students.
Great service from the staff . They keep the property filled at most times and keeps on top of it. No regrets so far and hoping to be working with studentdigz for a long time. Emma and the team has been very efficient in finding a tenant. Thank you
