I went to get my lashes done at this establishment and Juanita did my lashes. This was my first time here and it was a pretty great experience!! I felt comfortable, safe, and the atmosphere had greiat energy. I was so comfortable of course I went to sleep once Juanita provided me with a blanket. I would like to say right off the bat this is a great business but I had a bad experience, please book with any of the other girls I’m sure they do great work. I booked an appointment with Sierra, she quoted me 175 and when I arrived she told me that my hair was brighter than she initially thought based off of my photo I sent previous to the appointment so it may be and i quote “a little more than 175” which I was fine with. My hair was green and blue, and i wanted to go to a brown with darker roots and ash brown on the ends. She told me she would be able to get me to brown but the ash brown on the bottom would have to wait until another appointment which I was also fine with. After she had lightened and dyed my hair it was still green, darker green but still green and a really unflattering color, I wasn’t going to make a big fuss about it because it was a good starting point to get to the color I wanted, thinking that i would be paying around 200-215. I go up to pay and she said it would be 300. I’m not a confrontational person so I paid but I was very upset, it was late and I was honestly ready to leave and figured I would just talk to the owner the next morning so that’s what I did. The owner, Cindy, was very sweet and very accommodating and informed me that she would speak with her about getting some of my money back. Sierra messages me a little while later and informed me that she’s not sure why i waited “24 hours” to contact the owner and all she could offer me was 40 back. I think now is a good time to mention that when I got home I realized she had left dye on my neck and sides of my face as well as still having bits of brighter green on my dark dyed roots as well as having a decent size patch of my roots that were STILL YELLOW (not touched with dye at all). So I got back in touch with the owner and she was apologetic and offered me 100 back. I am very thankful to Cindy but would not recommend Sierra.
