No indication that they would be closed on a Thursday, hours said they'd be open... unprofessional to say the least... make the trip to North Bay to get your windshield fixed

I took my 2017 here to fix a very small chip, maybe 1/8 inch or less of a crack. Should have been a simple easy repair. Then he starts and says \i cant reach to heat it\ or something, to that effect. Sure enough now 2 weeks later the crack actually ran across from every direction that he applied the repair. I should have went to a eal autoglass\ shop. But it is too late now and i need a new windshield, which i suppose he thinks he is going to be installing. Never again. Terrible repair possibly on purpose.
