Schedule service for a 2018 XC90 still under warranty, with 10500km. Vehicle was not washed upon pickup. Items in my glove compartment were on my passenger seat. Ask for navigation to change from US back to Europe, was told that the modular system may be bad and would cost 1000 euros to replace. Vehicle is still under warranty. Also, paid 59 to use a vehicle for 4hrs to go work while my vehicle was beinf service.
