Went in this afternoon after having made an appointment earlier in the morning via phone. Had eye tests done and was needing a pair of glasses. We were attended by Dennis and he was ready to answer all the questions posed to him.As a bonus all in English. He was very amicable and helped us figure out the best prices for what we wanted.And when we wanted some information about putting some prescription lenses in a pair of sports sunglasses he immediately went to find if it was possible for that make and curvature of lense. Great service and great experience. Definitely recommend and will return.

I walked in as an exchange student speaking no German with broken glasses that I needed to have fixed. Binder Optik was able to fix them immediately (I thought I'd have to leave them at the store) and they were incredibly nice and professional about the whole thing. I'd gladly go back if I ever needed anything realted to glasses or vision again.

This is the 7th pair of glasses my family has purchased from Binder Optik. All the staff have been friendly and very helpful with each visit. They understand what customer service is. English language is spoken by most, if not all of the staff. I have a feeling if I attempted it all in German the experience would be just as pleasant. Recommended for German and English speaking customers (perhaps other language speakers as well). I will continue to use them. Price: glasses for kids - very inexpensive Price: glasses for adults - reasonable, comparable to aafes, but with more selection and more price ranges Thank you for always being helpful!

Bei dem tollen und kompetenten Personal, sowie der guten Auswahl an Fassungen fiel es mir wirklich nicht schwer meine Traumbrille zu finden! Von der Augenvermessung bis hin zur Auswahl der Fassung hab ich mich super aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Beratung und der Service sind für mich ausschlaggebend, wo ich meine Brille kaufen möchte und hier hat einfach alles gestimmt. Ich hab mich sogar endlich getraut Kontaktlinsen auszuprobieren und hab es danke der Hilfe und der richtigen Erklärung gut hinbekommen. Danke liebes Binder Team, ich komme immer wieder gerne! :)

Ich bin Stammkunde bei Binder Optik in der Schwabengalerie seit mehreren Jahren. Vor wenigen Tagen habe ich mir wieder zwei neue Brillen machen lassen. Die Vermessung meines Sehfehlers erfolgte geduldig und sehr freundlich durch einen Herren. Zügig fanden wir auch zwei schöne Gestelle. (Es gibt hier sogar Brillen aus Holz) Sogar meine alte zerbrochene Brille wurde schnell und kostenfrei geklebt, damit ich überhaupt die Tage bis zur Fertigstellung der neuen Brillen mobil bleiben konnte. Nach einer knappen Woche waren die Brillen fertig und eine Mitarbeiterin passte mir geduldig die beiden Brillen an. Mir fällt nichts ein, was man noch verbessern könnte. FAZIT: Weiter so!

Sehr gute Beratung, attraktive Sonderaktionen und schneller Service. Geh oft auch nur Mal vorbei um meine Brille reinigen zu lassen, wird immer sehr freundlich erledigt. Ein guter Ort für ihre nächste Brille.
