My car notified me that service was needed and I made an appointment online with a description of the notification on the car display. Took the car in and never received a call stating that service was completed. I went to go get the car the next day and their office was closed for the next 4 days. Because I had a family medical emergency and luckily I have an extra key, I took the car. I called when they reopened 4 days later and they stated my car needed a new part and it was on order so bring it a SECOND time to get fixed. Took the car in the second time and I go to pick up the car later that day and the SERVICE message is still showing on the car. I go back in and they finally scanned my car key and then realized no one even bothered to check the error message on the display. Because if was the end of the day I now had to take my car in for a THIRD time in to get serviced for something that could've been done on the first day that the totally did not check for or even notice was on my display message or in my notes. They even had problems finding my car key. Very dissapointed on this experience!

Performed a recall service and I bought several parts here for my Z4 and the staff was always very helpful and friendly. The gratis coffee machine doesn't hurt either... Oh, I almost forgot the cafe has inexpensive good food too.
