Absolutely excellent service. I felt well catered for, the staff were very welcoming and professional and I would recommend this Fielmann branch to anyone in need of new glasses and a free eye check. Good job and thumbs up for one of the best customer services I have ever received in Germany.

Absolute 5 star experience! These people go out of their way to help paying and non paying customers. Friendly, efficient, pleasant. The only optician in Stuttgart that truly deserves 5 star rating!

Incompetent and uncaring service. The first visit seemed good, then after weeks of not hearing back from them, I passed by to find out that nothing had been ordered. Two different ladies then gave me different explanations, one claimed the person who had handled my previous visit was not in, the other claimed she was but would not ask her if she could sort out the situation, and every time I tried to explain anything I was directly interrupted.
