The selection is limited and it is not convenient for parking or train access especially when you are purchasing large bags of dog food. Had purchased a bag of food which had a hole in it, we didn't realize it during purchase and ended up bringing it back home. It broke and spilled down 4 flights of stairs. Looks like it was cut by a box cutter probably during unpackaging. Additionally, they offer custom name tags but they need to send it away to be engraved and then they mail it to you? Seemed like a weird process.
