We stopped by and scored a table in the outside garden during a busy time for them. We loved the appetizer with veal meatballs, green asparagus, a smear of creamed potatoes, and a sauce to die for. We could have just eaten a couple of plates of that! They were kind enough to split one for us though.

Zur Linde belongs to one of the best Swabian restaurants in Stuttgart. The food is outstanding in taste and presentation. They are only open in the evening, but have a summer garden which is perfect for pleasant business dinners accompanied with a great local wine selection. The staff is professional and kind, some of them with a pleasant touch of dry humor. All of our business guests have enjoyed it here. Oh, and try the Zwiebelrostbraten here, it is fantastic!
