Ordered online via home24, good review is based on excellent delivery and ordering process. The showroom gives you nice ideas and the chance to look on the different fabrics and colour for your furniture before ordering. Recommended.

My experience with them was a total disaster. Everything was either missing pieces, delayed, or broken. The delivery service left my items downstairs or outside. I had to carry two orders three flights of stairs by myself. Customer service was either rude or try to rush me off the phone. The furniture that they were able to set up, doesn't work properly. They conveniently wanted me to wait 3 more months for a delivery that was delayed previously for a total of 30 weeks. This is a SCAM of a furniture store. They refuse to give your money back or cancel your orders.

Friendly and helpful staff. I was looking for a bed. She explained and answered my question patiently. It was a nice showroom, centrally located. Easily accessible for people without a car.
