I've had a terrible experience with this salon. Everyone is pleasant and trying to please you but I'd rather get a quality haircut. I picked up a top Master and never expected to have that bad result. The hair is cut asymmetrically in the middle at the backside and the layers from one side are shorter than on the other. I have to find someone to fix it now. Look how uneven layers are at the back! That is a horrible job. Picture added.

In a modern and still comfortable atmosphere I found myself feeling relaxed and well cared for in the (sterilised) hands of the staff of Le Salon Deluxe. I felt that every question was answered and every wish was taken care of. Even with my problematic hair, which has a lot of hairdressers taring their own hair out, I felt that everything was in very professional, capable hands, along with very friendly faces. Loved them.
Visited last week. I speak little German but that didnt created any issue. Completely warmly welcomed and explained what needs to be done and what is my requirement.. Opted for ‘Art Director’ and she was just amazing and so well experienced and skilled. She was following almost every hair to trim. Totally satisfied and its so perfect..The best saloon i visited in BW region in last 3years..

Sehr zu empfehlen. Man wird hier super bedient. Es wird auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Alle sind sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ich bin hier wirklich sehr zufrieden und deshalb schon lange Jahre Kundin.
