Meistens Kurse sind nicht qualitative gut. Sehr schlechte Service in Finanzen / Rechnungen. Sehr schwer zu Kündigen. Kein Kunden Service I did my contract for only 12 months, and it the contract it states that is only valid for 12 months. I wanted to cancel but did not had the Member number and it is needed in order to cancel the membership. They took 2 weeks to answer me this. I gave my cancellation and they mentioned that unfortunately I gave my cancelation 1 week too late, so the contract renewed for 1 more year!!! Now I have the issue that finally I paid 2 years and contract is finally closed, but they have 3 months additional were we are able to use the courses because they closed due to Corona 3 months without online classes, and they tell me now that I'm not allowed to use the online courses (although I have paid!). They told me if I want to attend I need to pay again. No way I'll do a contract again with this school!

Liked some of them teachers very much. Yet, classes were too inconsistent in recent times and I lost at least 1000 due to their lazy AGB policies...it sure does not help a business person to \be given the chance to take any other lesson\ instead. Dear NYCD. Thanks for response. There is always some subjective matter involved that cannot be cleared. I hereby confirm that all of you teachers I met are simply awesome. I just cannot raise the stars due to frame conditions. Thanks for teaching the right way! Sorry to leave to find my better way. Say hello to Monika, ex The K, and Mr. Afro Jazz!

Toller Schnuppertag am 20.09.2020! Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Team, tolle Lehrer und die (Anfänger-)Kurse haben einen super Einblick gegeben. Ich habe auch gleich das Einstiegs-Angebot genutzt und bin jetzt Mitglied - freue mich sehr. Was auch sehr lobenswert ist, sind die Covid19-Hygienemaßnahmen. Im Gebäude ist Maskenpflicht, es gibt vorgegebene Gehwege (immer in eine Richtung weisend) sowie einen separaten Ein- und Ausgang. Daumen hoch dafür
